The coarse fish close season is enforced from 15 March until 15 June inclusive.

Directions

From Rye railway station, turn left onto Cinque Port Street and after 100m, turn left on the mini roundabout next to the Waterworks micro pub brewery. Follow the road across over the railroad crossing, past the school on the left and follow Love Lane round to the left until it ends in front of Roveldon farm entrance gate.

Go through the farm gate, ensure you close it behind you as there will be sheep in the field. Drive to the end of the track past the house on the right until the end. If the ground is dry, park in front of the line of trees in front of you, or park on the hardstand if the ground is wet.
